This engine is a kitbash I did from a magazine article I read in a old issue of "The Great World of Model Railroading".The body of the engine is part Athearn and part AHM.The mechanism is Athearn with the metal rod replaced with wiring for improved electrical contact.The front truck has been disconnected so the mechanism will fit under the toolbox.The engine runs great and it still has all wheel pick-up.
