Old chalk lamp which at one time was nubian dancer

Put your artistic skills to the test.  I believe that this lamp was a one time a nubian dancer from the Mid century era.  Some one decided to paint his features white.  He would be marvelous painted the correct colors.  He is in faily good shape except for the chip in the back.  He stands 15" tall.  There are some cracks in the surface coating but would be removed with painting.
