Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment and requested information. And then shipped first class 24 hours later. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or US holidays.

The POST OFFICE does not offer tracking as an option when shipped via first class mail. You MUST purchase Priority Mail to receive a tracking number.

We take great pride in our shipping time on our labels. Delays in shipping is generally due to the buyer not providing the address in a timely manner. But once the labels are in the hands of the post office, we have no control over how long it takes to be delivered.

The estimated time for delivery according to USPS for each is as follows:

First Class Mail: 2-9 days
Priority Mail: 2-3 days

When in a rush for an item, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Insurance on any of our items is optional for the customer, but is recommended.

All label sales are final. We do not issue refunds or replacements for labels. The only exception is if we have made a mistake when printing. It is up to the buyer to provide the information requested on the labels.
