This is an ORIGINAL vintage photo from the 1940 film, Comrade X

(NOTE: I will be out of town until the 15th, until about the time this auction ends)

The MGM caption on the back explains: "Few co-starring combinations have created so much excitement as that of Clark Gable and Hedy Lamarr in Comrade X at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studios. This scene shows their meeting in the story, Gable as an American newspaper correspondent in Russia and Hedy as a motorman on a street car."
It measures approximately 8 x 10 and is in very good condition except for some wear to the upper left corner.
High bidder to pay $3.99 for US postage; international postage is $6.00.
Insurance is available and can be calculated at auction's end if the buyer is interested.
