I try my best to describe items accurately. Please feel free to ask any questions and I will try my best to answer them and if I don’t know the answer I will let you know that as well. I want you to be happy with your purchase and don’t want you to have any unanswered questions or concerns once you have purchased from me. Once you purchase or win an auction, I don’t accept any returns. The exception to this is if I have not described an item properly. Please remember we are all human and mistakes are sometimes made. If this happens please contact me so that we can work it out.

Please pay within 7 days of your purchase or auction ends. After 7 days if I have not been contacted or payment has not been made, I will need to file a claim and a strike for an unpaid item. That way I will be able to relist my item and be credited for my fees. Please do not bid or buy if you cannot pay within the 7 days or unless you have contacted me first. I am happy to work with you as long as you let me know first. Communication is very important! Also, if you pay with by echeck, know that I cannot ship out your item until I receive an email from Paypal letting me know that the check has cleared. This can take 6-8 business days. I will contact you as soon as it clears to let you know that your check has cleared and that I will be shipping out your item. Thanks.

I would appreciate it if once you receive your item/s and are pleased, that you will take the time to leave me positive feedback. At that time, I will also be glad to leave you positive feedback as well. This is my confirmation that the item/s have arrived safely. If, for whatever reason there is a concern, I would appreciate it very much if you would contact me first before leaving any negative feedback. That way, we have the opportunity to work it out together. I cannot work on fixing anything if I have not been informed.

I always use USPS. I usually ship Priority Mail because when postal regulations changed last May, shipping Parcel Post only saves a very minimal amount if anything. Plus, Delivery Confirmation is .10 cents more through Parcel Post. In order to ship First Class Mail the package must weigh under 13 ounces.

I am more than willing to combine shipping on multiple purchases within a sale. Please don’t pay right away, but rather ask for an invoice. That way I can package them together and give you one shipping cost to save you money. Remember quite a few items will fit into a Medium Flat Rate Box or Large Flat Rate Box.
