Besides offering engaging and entertaining reading the book also has a sprinkling of beautiful hand drawn colour illustrations some of which are shown in the photos, these add to the story and and the appeal of the book.

The book is old but in good condition with slight discolouration of the outer edges of the pages as you can see in the photos, but the pages are, unmarked and in good condition. The outer cover has a fabric like feel to it.

If you purchase more than one book and I can send them all to you in one package then all additional books after the first one get discounted postage of only $5 per each extra book.

PAYMENT

Do you want you item fast? We will do our best to send your purchase to you as quickly as possible. You can assist by paying for your purchase as soon as you win the item.

PayPal is the quickest and easiest! You can pay using your credit card or your PayPal account if you have one. We will usually get notification of your payment within 24 hours and can ship the next work day.

You can also pay by direct deposit to our account; this typically takes 2 - 5 days to clear after you have made the payment, so it can take up to a week before we can send the item.

We are also happy to accept personal cheques, money orders and bank cheques which you can just post to us. These typically take about a week to clear when you allow for the time it takes for postage and bank delays, so you could be looking at around 7 - 10 days before the item is sent to you.

Finally, you can collect the item in person and pay in cash on pick-up. This is as fast as you can make it but please contact us before coming over and make an appointment to ensure we are here for you so you don't waste a trip.

SHIPPING

Item is sent the next working day after your payment has been cleared by the bank. We are not able to send items on Saturdays, Sundays or on Public Holidays.

In most cases you have a choice of standard or express post. The advantage of express post is that it usually arrives within two days and it can be tracked.

Standard post is cheaper and generally takes only a day or two longer but it is important to note that we have no way of tracking ordinary post after it has been posted.

Please select the correct price for your preferred method of postage when making your payment.

We will e-mail to you as soon as the item has been posted so you can be on the lookout for it.

TERMS of SALE

All items are second-hand, unless otherwise clearly stated in the listing.

All items are sold on "as is" basis and we do not offer refunds or returns unless item sent is in fact different to what was stated in the listing. Please read listing fully.

All orders are processed at 10:00 each weekday and those with cleared payments will be posted the same day for fast delivery to you.

Items are posted only after the payment has been cleared by our bank. If you are in a hurry, please use PayPal as we will receive instant confirmation of your payment and can ship the same day.

We send by Australia Post either standard or express as requested by you. If you wish to pick-up or to organise your own courier please contact us first.

We will issue a receipt for each purchase, but please note that we are not registered for GST and cannot provide a Tax Invoice.

Accurate item descriptions. Obviously with used items there is always some wear and we do our best to clearly tell you of any serious marks or damage so that you can make an informed decision about purchasing the item. Where possible we will include photos of any damage so you better asses suitability for your intended use of the product.

Honest and complete answers to any questions regarding an item. Please contact us if there is anything you want to know about the item that is not mentioned in the listing. Questions are you best way to ensure that the item you are considering suits you.

Careful and secure packaging. Good packaging materials cost more money and careful packaging takes more time but it is important to us that your item arrives to you not only quickly but in the same condition that it left us.

Our postage charges include the cost of all required materials, time and the actual postage cost. We do our best to keep these charges as low as possible but will not compromise on quality of packaging. You are welcome to collect the item from us and save the postage and packaging costs.

Please note that there is no saving if you organise a courier to collect the item for you as we will still have to package the item just as well as if it was sent by post.

Fast processing of you order. All of our auctions end in the evening and all orders are processed before 10:00 each weekday morning. If the item has been paid and we have confirmation of the payment by that time then it will be posted the same day. We are just as keen to get the item to you quickly as you are to receive it.

After sales service. We want you to be happy with your item and if something unusual happens and you have a problem with your item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter. Whilst there is no warranty on used items, our priority is to do what we can to keep you happy.
