Movie description

In its initial seasons, House is flanked by a trio of beleaguered employees: Drs. Chase (Jesse Spencer), Foreman (Omar Epps), and Cameron (Jennifer Morrison). Together with oncologist James Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard), the teammates form House's sounding board; they carry out--and regularly contradict--their boss's directions while solving bizarre cases, including a mysterious disease in the maternity ward, a teenager with night terrors, and a child who won't stop bleeding. The fourth and fifth seasons see a shift in the line-up, injecting fresh blood in the form of young doctor-detectives played by Kal Penn (HAROLD & KUMAR GO TO WHITE CASTLE), Olivia Wilde (THE OC), and Peter Jacobson. Throughout every imaginative episode, House and his team face personal and ethical issues that include weighing one patient's life against another's, figuring out the moral implications of lying (which House insists everyone does), and coping with the baggage that accompanies genius.
