Shipping Time:  We try to ship out items within 4 days for Paypal payments ( weekends are not included). We might can ship out faster for special requests, so please ask if you need your package asap. We are usually only able to ship out items once a week because we live out of town. According to the new eBay® feedback system you can now not only leave a positive or negative feedback, but also anonymously grade our service in detail including the item description, communication, shipping time and charges. It's called DSR or "Detailed Seller Rating" and its not really anonymous, either. A seller can see exactly when their ratings go down and so they know who dings them.

When you give us 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in communication says that it means "Satisfied", however, eBay considers this a low grade for sellers. Their standards require power sellers to maintain the average of 4.8 and above or be penalized with higher fees, which ultimately get passed on to buyers, and cause prices to go up. Small time sellers like us, who aren't power sellers will end up getting suspended off of eBay, even if we have 100% positive feedback, just because buyers aren't told that leaving 4 stars is a bad mark for your seller.

* In other words, anything less than 4-stars = negative feedback for us!
