We experienced many furniture buyers moved to new address and changed phone number but did not update their eBay or Paypal record before.

    The freight service includes curbside delivery only. The delivery does not include unpacking, setup/assemble, removal. If the merchandise is shipped on pallets, please assist the delivery man in unloading the merchandise. Otherwise, the freight company may charge a lift gate fee on your part which is not included in the shipping and handling fees you have paid.

   The shipping company will contact you when they arrive in your town. Please make sure that you will be at home or your office to accept delivery. Otherwise, it may incur shipment delay and/or additional charges.

   Ship to US 48 contiguous states only No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes APO/FPO

   Picks up: Local Buyers are able to pick up with prior arrangements.
