• Shipping via USPS Mail or Fedex estimated delivery 3-7 business days after shipment.  

• Unless otherwise specified we ship to all PO Boxes, Military Addresses and US Territories.

• Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

• We usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.   

• Shipping for all of our items combine automatically based on weight, destination and USPS Mail Rates.

• Next Business Day Shipping is available. Payments received by 2pm Eastern Time will ship same day for delivery on the next BUSINESS day by 5pm.  Payments received after 2pm eastern time will ship on the next business day.  
• NO AK, HI, PR or other US Territories for Next Business Day Shipping
• No APO, FPO, AE or other Military Addresses for Next Business Day Shipping
• No P.O. Boxes for Next Business Day Shipping

• We WILL NOT falsify customs forms by marking items as gifts or reducing the item cost. 

• Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs applied to their purchase.  Please check with your countries customs office to see if your purchase will occur additional fees.  These are taxes imposed by your country and are not generated by eBay or this seller.  These fees are collected by the delivery service and are NOT additional shipping charges they are taxes.

• All International shipments are insured.  We insure for the full purchase price so that is what we declare on the customs forms.  WE CAN NOT DECLARE A LOWER VALUE ON THE CUSTOMS FORMS AS THIS AMOUNT IS WHAT THE INSURANCE IS BASED ON.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

• Payment is due no more than 4 days after you agree to purchase.

• Since auctions are charged a final value fee if an item sells we are forced to file a non paying bidder dispute if we don't receive the payment within those 4 days. Shipping (including international orders) can be checked by clicking on the shipping and payment tab located atop the item description, entering your zip code/selecting country, and selecting quantity.  You do not need to agree to purchase to check shipping.
• If you are having an issue with paying please contact Paypal to sort out technical issues.
• We only accept payment through Paypal.  
  

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY:

•  All Returns will be for refund minus a 15% restocking fee and actual shipping cost.  Items with free shipping will not be refunded the amount it cost us to ship it to you.  You may return any  item for any reason provided it is new, unused and with all original undamaged packaging.  Buyer Pays return Shipping.

• ELASTOGEL products,  mouthguards and mouth guard cases may not be returned.

• Exchanges will be treated as a return.  We will waive the restocking fee if you repurchase the correct item from us.  Please enclose receipt for new purchase with your return.  This allows for speedier processing and you receive your new item quickly.
