EASY ASSEMBLY: Except where otherwise noted, our products arrive sub-assembled in a flat box. All hardware necessary for assembly is included. Our products use wood screws and 3/8 inch bolts. An adjustable wrench, pliers or 3/8inch socket wrench as well as a power screwdriver works best and most products can be assembled in about an hour. Our porch swings for example, arrive in seat, arm and back sections that are simply bolted together.

Warranty, Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We warrant to the original purchaser that our products and parts will be free from material and workmanship defects for one full from the date of delivery. Defects are defined as imperfections in material or workmanship that impair the use of the product. This does not include cracks or checking. This warranty is limited to replacement furniture parts or components and does not cover improper assembly, product modification, labor and assembly costs, accidental, misuse, abuse, negligence, intentional damage, weather related damage, or normal wear and tear due to age. GUARANTEE / RETURNS: Simple, we want you to be happy! We understand sometimes items don’t look like what you thought they would once home. So we will gladly exchange your product or refund your original purchase price if you are not happy within 15 days of receipt, as long as the product is in its original resalable condition, unused, unassembled, and with original packaging including all accompanying hardware, labels, tags and instructions. Simply email us for a return authorization number within 15 days of the item being received from our warehouse (as determined by tracking # or delivery receipt). Custom items may not be returnable but "are" still warranted. Optional stain is customization and only returnable at seller’s discretion. Delivery and card processing fees are not refundable. If purchased with free shipping, customer agrees to be charged for outbound shipping/delivery costs and fees (including insurance) on any returned item that is simply unwanted. Returns/exchanges may also be subject to a restocking fee up to 10% of the cost of the returned item and 25% on custom orders. Subsequent exchanges resulting from an initial product return may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, up to 25% on all custom orders. Cancellation: On all shipments to customers, PorchswingsandPatios incurs shipping and handling costs. If your order shipment is Cancelled, Refused (excluding damage claim) or Undeliverable after shipping, we will only charge your account the outbound and turnaround shipping charges, handling and/or credit card processing fees when/if imposed upon us to recover our expenses. In addition, we also reserve the right to impose or waive a restocking fee upon the customer. All custom orders may be cancelled but may be subject up to a 25% cancellation fee if the order has already started the customization process. Porchswingsandpatios and Colore Outdoor furniture is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use, misuse, or negligent use of its products. Never allow children on swings or gliders by themselves and without the immediate supervision of an adult. |
