Payment: Payment must be received in full within 3 days of close of auction. Failure to comply may result in your order being cancelled and the item being relisted.
Shipping: Please confirm your shipping address prior to placing your bid. We will ship only to the address listed on your Ebay and Paypal account at the time your order was placed. All items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of cleared payment. Oversize items and TVs over 37 inches will ship via specialized freight carrier (standard scheduled delivery). Delivery is Monday through Friday. All packages with a value of $100 or more and all freight shipments (including TVs) require signature confirmation. Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or rerouted, only returned for a refund (less return shipping charges) or credit or exchange. At this time we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. boxes.
Return policy: 30 days after the buyer receives it
All returns require an RA#. Please call 1-866-961-7781. Orders returned without an RA# will be rejected. Some exclusions apply: No Return/Exchange On: Televisions, oversized product shipped via motor freight (including furniture), opened car merchandise, including GPS, unwrapped CD, DVD, VHS tape, or software, In-ear headphones. Every television we sell carries the full manufacturer's warranty. If you are experiencing technical problems (Any Defective Issues) with your television, please contact an authorized repair center. To locate the most convenient authorized service center in your area, please check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer.
Refusing Packages: In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways.
Shipping damage: Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of your delivery date. Please call us at 1-866-961-7781.
Redelivery Fee: When a shipment is tendered for delivery, and through no fault of the freight carrier such delivery cannot be accomplished, the original cost of delivery for each additional tender of delivery to the original destination point will apply.
