A. Great news! Members have a grace period that lasts until the end of the next business day in case you have to cancel your reservation. That means that you can confirm your usage with us, and then check on flights. If you cannot find the flights you need, be sure to contact us before the end of the next business day to cancel your reservation without a penalty. |

A. Raintree Vacation Club has a very complex and secure reservation system. Our first step in making this possible is to enable our Members to view their accounts on-line in the Members Only section. |

| Q. I just tried to make a reservation for Los Cabos at Christmas and there was no availability. How can I have a better chance of making a reservation at the resort I want, when I want? |

A. The further you book in advance, the better your chances. We recommend booking 10 months in advance for popular locations (12 months for holiday times). |

| Q. If I deposit a week in RCI may I get it back to go to a Raintree Vacation Club destination? |

A. Yes, if RCI has the availability they can book a reservation to a Raintree Vacation Club destination and they will be glad to assist you. To reserve a Raintree Vacation Club resort through RCI, additional fees and RCI terms and conditions will apply. |

| Q. If I do not call to use my Points, will I lose them? |

A. No - if you do not use your Points they will carry over into the next year and be valid for 12 months. When you call the following year you will be able to choose how you would like to use your Points, whether it be within Raintree Vacation Club, through RCI Weeks or RCI Points. The choice is yours. |
