Echo PB-500 Backpack Blower
Echo invented the power blower and has continued to revolutionise this method of clearing fallen leaves in autumn and, throughout the year, clearing litter from streets, stadiums, parks and other public areas.
Echo power blowers remain at the leading edge of blower technology, with engineering excellence and precision manufacturing ensuring they are easy and comfortable to use. There is an Echo blower to suit any application and great emphasis is placed on noise reduction for use in sensitive residential, educational and hospital environments.
The PB-500 is a new addition to the Echo range of blowers. Powered by a 50.8cc stratified low emission two-stroke engine, the PB-500 also has a newly developed fan and fan casing for tougher and powerful blowing. The engine features a large air filter for long periods between cleaning or replacement.
A anti-vibration back pack frame with soft, but sturdy padding, and easy to adjust shoulder strap ensure operator comfort. Anti-vibration insulation makes this a machine suitable for prolonged use. Controls are grouped with an engine on/off switch as well as a variable speed throttle with cruise control.
A further new development with this machine is the Echo Posi-lock pipe system. This is designed to give secure pipe connection at all times. A twist of the lower pipe is all that is needed to lock or unlock the section.
All Echo power tools come with a FIVE YEAR domestic use warranty and TWO YEAR warranty in professional use. For the domestic user, there is the total reassurance of using equipment designed and built for professionals. A five year warranty offers peace of mind. Registration of Echo products and servicing are necessary to validate the warranty. The quality of Eco equipment assures proffessional users the highest standards in effiency and durability.
