As you can see by the pictures, the guitar is in excellent condition; not a scratch, nick, or blemish of any kind.  I'd say it's mint, but I'm biased.  The guitar has a great "feel" to it, plays easily, and has a rich full sound.  The case is soft shell, but is well padded, and in pristine condition.   Plus, perhaps the guitar's greatest feature...
