Payment within Australia
I prefer Australian buyers to use bank cheque, money order, bank deposit or direct debit.
International Payments
PAYPAL IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS ONLY.
After the Auction ends
Please ensure that your contact details on eBay are up-to-date and check your Spam Filter for correspondence.
I will try to respond as quickly as possible. Everybody will be contacted within 48 hours of the auction ending unless there is an unforeseen problem.
Postage & Handling
Delivery will be via Australia Post.
Postage fees are stated below in the
POSTAGE, PAYMENT SECTION.
When purchasing only small seed packs, I can include up to 9 additional smaller packs with no extra postage costs but may incur a very small handling charge. Any more than this will increase the postage price.
With any Bean, Pea, Pumpkin or Squash seed packs, because of their size and to ensure their safety, I have to charge extra for postage when included with small seed packets. All other combinations of seed packs, please contact me prior to the end of the auctions and I will send you a postage quote.
PLEASE NOTE: MULTIPLE ITEMS POSTAGE DISCOUNTS APPLY ONLY FOR THOSE ITEMS WON WITHIN A 7-DAY PERIOD.
Please notify me of your intentions prior to the auctions ending.
Delivery Times
Anything between 2 – 10 days depending on your location using regular post in Australia. International delivery time differs due to your country or distance.
PLEASE NOTE
I will not be liable for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Even though this is very rare, it does occur. I recommend using registered post for items if you have any concerns. Please let me know after the auction if you would like registered post and I will provide you with a quote.
Feedback
I will always leave feedback within a couple of days after I have received payment. If you have any issues with the item or transaction, please contact me first before leaving feedback to resolve the matter. There is nothing too difficult for us to work out, just contact me.
CONTACT & PAYMENT
Contact to be made within 3 days of the end of the auction. Payment must be received within 7 days after the auction has ended. If you are bidding on multiple items ending within a 1 week period of each other and you are wanting to receive postage discounts, PLEASE notify me of your intentions.
