    ALL ORDERS ARE TESTED PRIOR TO SHIPPING. 
    Certified technicians will assemble & test your product prior to shipping.      
    The technicians use burn-in testing and boot diagnostics software to test ALL components including: Motherboard, CPU, Memory, Hard Drive, Video Card & Optical Drive for functionality.  Technicians will also use a digital power supply tester to test the load of your system, sign-wave frequency, voltages & current. 

    All components are tested for a minimum burn-in period of 48 hours. 
    Some standard configurations may be pretested before placing your order; while other configurations may be tested after your order is placed. 

    Typical standard order processing takes 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS before your item ships.  Refer to the SHIPPING MAP provided for estimated delivery times. 
    This of course is an estimate and may be SHORTER or LONGER depending on several variables.  While our configurators are designed with informative information to allow you to build your own custom configuration; sometimes certain problems may arise.  Examples of certain problems that might arise include: billing / shipping / payment verification problems, market shortages, incompatible component interworkings, delays in expected inventory arrivals from our vendors, failed burn-in testing, and other special circumstances that's beyond our control.  We will contact you if we require your input.  Feel free to contact us if you have questions.  PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOUR EBAY ACCOUNT CONTACT INFORMATION IS CORRECT; SHOULD WE NEED TO CALL YOU BY PHONE.
