This Xbox isnt functioning properly.  It DOESNT have red rings or anything. It comes on but is slow or just sits there. It is a good xbox for spare parts. Or if you know what is wrong, you could very easily fix it. *It has been taken apart to put a disk tray back in it. 

It comes with BRAND NEW cabels and a BRAND NEW controller.
