Description
Follow the continuing adventures of Miami cops Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett with Crave Entertainment’s BAD BOYS: Miami Takedown for the Game Cube. Based on the movies BAD BOYS and BAD BOYS II, this third-person shooter game brings all of the adrenalin pumping action of the movies. Players work their way through several different acts of the storyline, each of which has different stages and missions to complete. Depending on which of the thirteen missions the player is on depends on whether the player controls Mike or Marcus. The other cop will then be controlled by the AI. Each mission has a different goal, from collecting evidence to defeating a Columbian drug lord or Russian spy. The two cops have a variety of weapons at their disposal, including pistols, shotguns, and automatic weapons. By aiming carefully, players can take down enemies with a single shot to the head, while hitting other parts of the body will cause varying amounts of damage. To avoid getting hit themselves, players can duck behind different objects scattered throughout the levels. For gamers who enjoy cop stories, shooters, or the BAD BOYS movie series, BAD BOYS: Miami Takedown is the perfect game. Its storyline, faithful recreation of the characters and dialogue, and gameplay will keep players coming back to work with Mike and Marcus for hours.
