Due to changes by USPS earlier this year the following conditions apply to all International shipments.  I will ship via the following methods.  First Class Airmail for a flat rate of $6.00 for the first watch and $3 for each additional watch.  Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope for $13.00 for the first watch and no additional charge for up to 3 more watches.  These two methods offer no tracking information, no insurance and absolutely no refunds if the item does not arrive.  If you accept this method of shipment you agree not to file a claim for non-receipt or leave negative feedback for the same as per the new Ebay policy.  Insurance and tracking info is available for an additional charge of $11.00 per package.  The use of Insurance and Tracking will delay your package up to 4 weeks as the package is shipped under secured shipping methods during each leg of its journey from me to you.  Again, you have to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery when purchasing insurance for First Class Mail.  Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope will be upgraded to Regular Priority Mail and delivery time will be 8-12 days.  All watches shipped Internationally will be shipped without a stand or box and wrapped in bubblewrap or foamwrap.  This is to insure your watch will arrive without any damage. You are also responsible for any and all duty or customs charges.  You, by purchasing, are agreeing to these terms in writing. This is a legal binding agreement Paypal will stand behind.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  Thanks.
