This auction is for headboard and footboard only. There are 1 headboard, 1 footboard, and 2 adapter legs in the box. The adapter leg makes the headboard higher than the footboard.

You will need a pair of rails to set up the bed. I have them on sale for only $29.99 plus $9.99 shipping, which is the lowest price on ebay.
