Return Policy:

Please call us 401-487-3232 if you wish to return a product. Most product can be returned within 7 Days only if an RGA # is issued in New and Unused Condition only. Customer must pay return shipping plus 35% restocking fee and ship back at their expense back to manufacturer. The cost of the item minus the 35% restocking fee is refunded once returned and product is determined to be in new and unused condition.

If product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost to the customer.  A Call Tag will be issued only if defective. 

Custom Made products are non returnable/non refundable
