FREE SHIPPING AUCTIONS are only FREE to DOMESTIC customers.  Shipping charges WILL apply to International customers (including Canada & Mexico). International customers must be prepared to pay a second shipping invoice. International customers will also be subject to extended shipping times as our supplier must ship us the item and then we will ship internationally.

Shipping times will vary on these items. Most items ship within 2 days. This auction states the item is in Cincinnati, OH, but it will actually be shipped from Union City, Tenn.

**Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyers responsibility.  Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.  Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

** Cin-C-Bay reserves the right to ship with the carrier of Cin-C-Bay's choice. Cin-C-Bay most commonly ships via Fed-Ex or UPS.

Cin-C-Bay wants to make sure that all of our customers are happy with their purchases.  If there is a problem with the item that was not described in the original listing then Cin-C-Bay will issue a refund for your purchase price.  If the item was damaged during shipping we will work with you and the shipper for a smooth resolution. 

Cin-C-Bay will only refund shipping cost if we committed an error in the listing.  There will not be a shipping refund available for buyers who failed to fully read or understand the auction.  

In order to obtain your refund you will need to contact Cin-C-Bay within 10 days of the shipping date.  Then you will need to promptly ship the item back to Cin-C-Bay at 3870 A Paxton Ave for inspection.  Cin-C-Bay will not reimburse packaging costs and Cin-C-Bay will not reimburse for items damaged during return shipping due to lack of packaging.
