All books within Canada are shipped as Expedited Parcels, which includes insurance and tracking. Canada Post has divided the country into different regions which each have a fixed rate to ship to from our location in Ontario. You can simply view the postage rate which coincides with the province you reside in to figure out how much shipping and handling will be. You can add that rate upon checkout, or request an invoice before paying to make sure you have the correct rate for your location.
