Hours of Operation:

We are a business and are open from 10:00am to 5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday. We are not able to respond to questions, emails or phone calls after hours, on the weekends or holidays. Please take this into account when contacting us.

Shipping Info:

All items are shipped US Postal Service or FedEx. We ship to worldwide and PO BOX/APO/AEO. Items will typically be shipped within 2 business days of payment being received though in many cases they are shipped same or next day. Local pickup is available by appointment and there is a $5 per item handling charge for local pickup sales through Ebay. This handling fee also is taxable. Terms & Conditions:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product; buyer is SOLELY responsible for shipping charges. Before returning any products, please contact MemoryExpoUsa's Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number [RMA]. The customer is FULLY responsible for ALL return shipping costs on defective product. Returned product must have an RMA number written LARGE on the return box. Please return all products 100% complete - as you received it. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.
