Q: Are shipments insured?
A: Yes, insurance is included in the cost of our shipping rates.
Q: How do I get a tracking number for my order?
A: Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Q: If it's been 3 business days and you still don't have a tracking number,
A: please contact us. Please note that tracking numbers will only automatically post for UPS orders. USPS Airmail orders will NOT have a tracking number. For USPS orders, please contact us for your tracking number.
Q: What is "May Require Additional Freight Charge?"
A: You may notice that some large or heavy items say "May Require Additional Freight Charge" in the item description. These items are oversized or heavy and cost us more to ship.
Q: Do you have more information about this product?
A: Unfortunately, all of the information that we have about this item is already posted to our product description page. If you’re looking for further detail, you might want to check the manufacturer or publisher website. Their sites frequently contain details about an item’s specification such as physical dimensions, size, weight, included accessories, format, edition, version, color, etc. Additionally, we do not provide technical support or confirm if an item is compatible.
Q: Is this item new?
A: Most of the products we sell are new. New items are marked NEW in the title or description and are brand new, unopened, and factory/manufacturer sealed. Refurbished items are marked REFURBISHED in the description.
Q: How do I know what is included in the auction?
A: You can find all the information regarding the product in the description section of the item page (manuals, accessories, power adapter/supply, battery, CD Rom, cables, etc). We do not provide any other information other than what is listed on our description pages.
Q: Do you combine shipping charges, payments for separate transactions or offer discounts on bulk purchases?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Sales Tax?
A: You must pay sales tax if you ship to: texas, California, florida. By law, sales tax is automatically or manual computed.
Q: I'm out of the country. Can I ship to the US?
A: If you’re using a valid U.S. Papal account, and you ship to an address within the 48 continental United States, then you can place an order.
Q: Why am I charged an electronic waste recycling fee?
A: We are required by California law to charge an electronic waste recycling fee on certain products when shipped to a California address. This fee, which is transferred back to the State of California, is charged on products that have a monitor screen, such as CRTs, LCDs, televisions and laptop computers. If you return an item for which you were charged an electronic waste recycling fee, the amount of the recycling fee will be refunded. Please refer to your packing slip or our return policy for more details on returning items.
