RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not satisfied and need to return or exchange merchandise, you may return any non-Special Order Items for a refund or for an exchange within 30 days of the date of shipment for jewelry and within 10 days of the date of shipment for diamonds. The refund issued will be in the original form of payment and will be the full amount paid for the item minus the shipping and handling charges incurred by Jewelry 90210 when initially shipping your order.

Exchanges of non-Special Order Items receive 100% credit towards any future purchase.

Special Order Items are items that are special ordered, altered, cut, or manufactured to your specifications. Special Order Items cannot be accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise.

To return a diamond or jewelry item to Jewelry 90210, follow this process:

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed to be sure that it is in “New and Unused Condition”. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return nor exchange.

Jewelry 90210 cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not followed.
