We ship worldwide. Most orders are shipped between 24 - 48 hours after payment is received, unless otherwise noted. We ship via a variety of couriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. We will use whichever courier is most feasible for shipping your item to your location, strictly at our discretion. Standard domestic shipments will be sent via USPS first-class or USPS media mail unless otherwise noted. We may be able to accomodate requests for shipment by a specific courier, please contact us for more information. Most international orders are delivered within 10 days of the shipment date. Some International shipments may take anywhere from two to six weeks for delivery due to a variety of factors including shipping method and cutoms inspections. In the event your item has gone out-of-stock and becomes backordered, you will receive a message explaining the circumstances and you will receive an expected delivery date.

We offer an exchange policy if the item you received was damaged or mis-shipped. No refunds permitted. To qualify for an exchange you must notify us of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item. We will respond with information on how to send your item back, including a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We must receive your item within 20 days of its original shipment from us to you. If the item appears to have been tampered with by the customer, or the CD enclosure has been opened, we reserve the right to deny a return for exchange.
