If you are not completely satisfied with the product that you receive, simply return the item in the condition that you received it within 7 days for a replacement or exchange. Because each monitor displays colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the colors will match what you see on your screen, however we will gladly send color samples if you make a request before ordering.  As each order is custom-made to your specifications, we do not stock merchandise in-house, and cannot issue cash refunds, but we will be happy to make an exchange or offer credit for future purchases.
