This is a new handcrafted toy made by Amish in Holmes, County Ohio.  It consists of several slanted runs and gears for the marbles to pass through.  It is 20 inches wide and 18 inches high.  There are other versions available upon request.  12 very nice marbles are also included.  This is a simple toy that children at a young age will play with for hours.
