Up for sale/auction is a Walt Disney World mug/cup. This mug has never been used. It stands 3 1/2" tall and the mouth is 3 1/2" in diameter. The mug is embossed with the Walt Disney Castle and the words: Walt Disney World. Description of inventory: I sell a wide range of new and used items. The condition will be noted as clearly as possible, in each description, so that you don’t have to rely entirely on the pictures. I always encourage you to ask any questions, you may have, about the item(s) you’re interested in. Please be sure to check out my other auctions. If you’re looking for something in particular and you don’t see it, email me. I may have it, in stock. Shipping: I go to the post office every business day, Monday through Saturday. Once your item is paid for, it will be in my next group of packages, being shipped. If your item, with packing materials, weighs 13 oz. or less, I will ship it by USPS First Class Mail. All other, heavier items, are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Flat Rate, Parcel Post or Media Mail, when it applies. The choice is yours. I’ve found that most customers would like their item to arrive as quickly as possible and are less concerned about the cost. I suggest Priority Mail, in those cases. Others, don’t mind waiting longer, for their package in favor of saving some money. I suggest Parcel Post or Media Mail (when applicable), in those cases. **If you prefer, that I ship your item, another way, not previously mentioned here, by all means, let me know. If it can be done, I'll take care of it. I often offer two forms of shipping in my listings to make your choices a little easier. Also, I will combine shipping, whenever possible. If you plan to buy more than one item within a week, please let me know right away, as I tend to ship very quickly, otherwise. …a word about shipping materials: Since I am a buyer on eBay, as well as a seller, whenever possible, I will recycle boxes and packing material. As a result, my packages may not always be the prettiest, but I assure you, your item will be as carefully wrapped and shipped as the best looking packages out there. Insurance: Insurance is always recommended, but not required. I realize that the expense can’t always be justified, so I will leave the choice up to you. I’ll do my best to wrap the item(s) well, to help get them to you without damage, but I can’t be responsible for what happens once the package(s) leave my hands. Please carefully consider whether you would like/need insurance. International buyers: I welcome your business and I am willing to ship to most places in the world. Please contact me with your location, for a shipping/insurance quote, prior to bidding, as the shipping information provided, in the listing, applies to shipping within the United States, only. Also, please keep in mind, that some countries have restrictions on what items may be shipped in. This could affect whether or not we will be able to complete our transaction. Lastly, please check the listing for permitted forms of payment and payment guidelines. Payment: I ask that the buyer or winning bidder, of any of my items, contact me within 7 days, either by simply making your payment or by email, to let me know when I may expect payment. If for some reason, I don’t hear from you within 7 days, I will send a reminder notice to you. I think you’ll find, I’m very easy to work with. If you have circumstances arise, that affect your ability to pay right away, just let me know. I will work with you, but it’s important that we be in communication. If I still don’t hear from you within a reasonable time, after my reminder notice, I’ll assume you don’t want the item and I’ll ask eBay to get involved, so that I’m able to obtain a refund of my transaction fees. Thankfully, I know from experience, that only a few transactions will ever go this way and you know if you tend to be one of these types of buyers…please bid/buy responsibly. Refunds: Requests for a refund should be made within 7 days of receipt of the item and the requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Generally, if the item was mistakenly misrepresented, by me, in the description, I will refund, in full, including shipping costs. If the refund request is for any other reason, I will consider taking the item back, as long as it’s not altered or damaged. The refund amount, in that case, would only be for the price of the item. I will ask that the buyer cover all shipping costs. The refund will be processed, once I’m in receipt of the item. I’m open to partial refunds and exchanges, but again, they are considered on a case by case basis. A transaction ending in this manner, is unfortunate for everyone. Let’s work together to avoid this situation and make sure that the item is right for you, before it‘s purchased. Please ask questions, I’m here to help.
