Our Return Policy
The Projectorquest team at Global Tradequest is dedicated to your total satisfaction within the context of fair business practices. Therefore, this lamp carries a 6 month full warranty. If anything at all should happen to go wrong with your lamp then contact us immediately for replacement. Should you decide to return this item for any other reason, you must notify us by phone or email within (7) days of receipt and the item should then be properly shipped to us within 48 hours of notification and must include the RMA form and number we provide you. Shipping, handling and insurance are not refundable. Additional processing fees will apply if returning a good lamp or if a lamp is returned under warranty and does not prove defective. Returned items must be received in the same condition as originally shipped, including packaging, or a refund may be denied. Please note that we do not guarantee items outside warranty coverage beyond the (7) day inspection period and any issues which may arise thereafter are your responsibility.
Lamp Recycling Program
Your old projector lamp contains trace amounts of mercury and requires proper disposal in accordance with federal and state mandates. We make it easy for you to properly dispose of your old lamp and receive a $10 credit when you help us help the environment. Here's how…
1) At any time when you are done using your old lamp, simply pack it in a box (you can use the box the new lamp came in).
2) You must include the sales receipt and use the return shipping label included in your shipment (complete return address information as required).
3) When we receive your old lamp, we will credit your credit card $10. (If we're unable to credit your card, you'll receive store credit).
Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing your recycling rebate and note this program is only good for the return of undamaged lamp modules that include bulb & housing. Returns of the bulb only will be accepted but not credited. We will issue a credit for all qualifying projector lamp modules received, as long as the lamp model is known.
PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS WHO PLACED THEIR ORDERS AFTER JULY 10, 2009 MUST INCLUDE THE SALES RECEIPT INCLUDED IN THEIR SHIPMENT OR THEIR RECYCLING CREDIT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
