We also shoot the pots and Fet on/off switch with contact cleaner as needed to ensure trouble-free operation for years to come. LED Mod
Changing the stock LED on/off light to a SUPER BRIGHT LED offers a brighter beacon in low light in addition to looking totally cool.

Fat Mod
Changing one of the inferior stock polyester .047uf capacitors to a superior .1uf metal film capacitor fattens up the gain nicely.

Better Bass Mod
Changing the 2 inferior stock 1uf electrolytic tone shaping capacitors to a superior 1uf metal film capacitors tightens up the bass by helping it not to distort and therefore clarifies the muddiness of the stock pedal.

Better High Mod
Changing the value of the .22uf tone capacitor to a superior .15uf metal film capacitor helps to brighten up and clarify the overall darkness of the stock pedal.

Clearer Output Mod
The output capacitor is the last part the signal passes through before it leaves the pedal and is crucial to the clarity and diction of the tone. Changing the inferior stock electrolytic output capacitor to a superior Tantalum capacitor helps to clarify the sound.

Better Clean Boost Mod
Changing the value of the 51k resistor to a 30k Resistor allows the pedal to clean up perfectly when the drive is zeroed, allowing your Tube Screamer to function as a clean boost, thereby enhancing dynamics and harmonic response.
