Celebrity testimonials from stars such as Magic Johnson, Shaquille O'Neal, Pamela Anderson, and Paula Abdul helped build Blanks' reputation, and he quickly became a fully established instructor. On TAE BO CARDIO CIRCUIT 1 he presents a full cardiovascular workout, which is designed to heighten metabolism and help shed a few pounds in the process. With two upper and lower body regimes included alongside a couple of abs circuits, this is a great way to get in shape. Blanks provides some good natured humor throughout, making this a fun way to learn how to build muscle and lose weight.
