These balloons can be filled with air or helium.  Mylars with helium float a minimum of one week and often can be refilled. Float time on latex varies (approx. 12-16 hours)

Heaven Sent is a retail store with a very large stock of latex and mylar balloons. If you need a balloon or other item and don't see it listed you may contact us and we may have it available to list for you. Occasionally, a balloon  may be out of stock due to in-store sales or very recent purchases. Should that be the case you will be notified about options.

 Your order will be promptly shipped in 1-5 business days. We ship 2-3  times a week using USPS First Class. First Class has no tracking and can take 2-5 days or more to reach the destination. We are not responsible for delivery  times. Please allow ample time to prevent disappointment.

If you need USPS Priority (2-3 days estimated) or Express (1-2 days guaranteed) please email before you purchase. Also, state it on your PayPal payment and we will contact you to make confirm a ship date.

Payment or communication concerning payment arrangement is to be made within 5 days. As you can see by our feedback, we make every effort to provide great customer service. Please allow ample time for deliveries. USPS rarely doesn't get it to the destination but times certainly vary occasionally something goes wrong.
