With everything she knows and loves destroyed in the invasion, Angel harnesses her anger and gathers a team of like-minded rebels to rid Earth of its alien overlords.  Freedom: First Resistance is a third-person, single-player, action-adventure game based on Anne McCaffrey's Freedom trilogy of novels. Players become members of a team of freedom fighters intent on throwing off the Catteni yoke. Through a combination of stealth, combat, puzzle-solving, and discussion, the player guides the team through a series of missions until the Earth has been freed from alien rule. Along the way the player will interact with both allied and enemy non-player characters, explore the world, and grow and change as the plot progresses.
