Shadow is a thriller movie. It is a mystery of the alleged serial murderer, Naseer Khan (Arjun Sherawat). Sonali Kulkarni (Sanjana Rajpoot) plays a police officer who is confused about the series of murders. The police are unable to solve the serial murder case, even after 6 months. The serial murderer is still free and the murder of more victims. Hrishitaa Bhatt (Sheetal) is a journalist who knows the case and is passionate about his work. Milind Soman (Rahul) is another journalist who is also following this case closely, but is not aware of Sheetal's feelings for him.

Sanjana Rajpoot (Sonali Kulkarni), a police officer is confused. After six months, a series of murder cases to inform the police, but it remains unresolved. Serial killers are still at large, claiming more victims.

Arjun Sherawat (Nasir Khan) is arrested for murder and a mystery.

Sheetal (Hrishitaa Bhatt) is a journalist, is her passion for work. She knew the situation there.

Rahul (Milind Soman) is another reporter who is following this case closely with, but also to ignore the feelings of the Sheetal.

At the prompt from Sheetal, a man suspected he was a murderer, is shot dead. Even if they celebrate the news, Kaguta Sherawat to re-surface and tell the world, his next target is a builder Fazal Habeeb.

As the narrative unravels many of the issues it raised. Sheetal how the victims of access to information? Kaguta Sherwat is the perpetrators of these murders, or whether he had an accomplice? What is the reason for these senseless murder? Rahul is the bad guy? Sanjana outwit the murderer and an end to the bloodshed?
