PAYMENT:

A. Deposit: A $500 Non-Refundable deposit is to be paid either by Paypal or Cashier's check within 2-3 business days.  ***DO NOT PAY THE FULL AMOUNT BY PAYPAL!!!*** Please contact us before sending money if Ebay won’t allow a partial payment.

B. Balance of invoice:  The remaining balance is to be paid by Cashier's check or Cash (if in person) within 7 business days.  We DO NOT accept Credit Cards and/or Out of State Checks!

If the trailer is picked up within 2-3 days then the deposit is waived, however, you must notify us that is your intention. It is important that let us know what your pickup/shipping plans are.

WARRANTY:

All trailers are sold as is, unless there is an applicable manufacturer’s warranty.  Any and all warranty information will be provided to you at the close of the sale.

We are a licensed and bonded Illinois trailer dealer.  At the conclusion of the auction, we will email you a Bill of Sale for the vehicle as a pdf file. We will use your name and address that Ebay provides when the listing closes on all the paperwork and title. If you have any changes, please reply to the email that was sent to you or call and ask for the Office to get it changed.

The trailer is located in LAWRENCE, KS.

TAXES & FEES:

A. Document Fee: We charge $50 doc fee on all transactions.

B.  Illinois residents: As an Illinois dealer, we are required to collect Sales Tax of 6.25%, Title, and License Plate fees.  The trailer will leave the lot with an Illinois TRP (Temporary Registration Plate).  The State of Illinois will send directly to you a title in the name on the Bill of Sale and license plates in approx. 6-8 weeks.

C. Out of State residents: AZ, CA, FL, HI, IN, MA, MI & SC residents will pay applicable sales tax for their state (Illinois has a reciprocal sales tax agreement with these states) and will be provided with documentation that that sales tax is paid. All out of state buyers will receive a 7 day drive away permit and the MCO (Manufacturer Certificate of Origin) or Title for the trailer.

DELIVERY:

Our shipping department can arrange to deliver the trailer anywhere in the continental United States. Delivery fees are in addition to the sale price & fees mentioned above. Delivery will be $1.50*/mile from the item's current location to the winner's destination as per the distance calculated by http://maps.google.com. Payment for the item and shipping must be made in full before our driver leaves the lot.  Please allow up to two weeks for delivery so we can schedule the driver.              *Rate is subject to change
