I accept PayPal for all payments. Payment is due within 3 days
from date of first purchase. Payments not received within 7 days will be sent a
final reminder notice via e-mail to make payment or a non-payment claim will be

Most items ship
within 48 hours from time of payment, personalized items may take a little
longer to ship, usually 3-4 days from time of payment. Items will automatically
be shipped to the address you have on file with PayPal. Please double check
before making payment that your address on file with PayPal is up to date. Also,
I cannot be held liable for not updating the shipping address in your PayPal
account, any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, and/or damage caused by
freight handling. I also reserve the right to modify shipment times and to
select alternate carriers. I currently ship to the US and select International
locations. Shipping Rates are figured by Weight according to the US Postal
Service and/or UPS for Calculated Shipping. Flat Rate Shipping Rates are set by
the US Postal Service and/or UPS. Combined Shipping is available for all
purchases, please read Terms for the complete combined shipping policy and
instructions. I will send you an e-mail confirmation once your order has

Combined
Shipping Policy:
I will combine purchases into one package for shipment to
save you money on shipping fees. The item with the highest shipping rate will be
used first from your purchases and each additional item added will only be an
extra $0.50 for all US and 1st Class International to Canada, for Priority Mail
International to Canada each additional item added will only be an extra $1.50.
In the event an item cannot be added to a combined shipping package (example:
awkward shaped item, too large to fit with other items, very fragile item that
needs special packaging, etc...) I reserve the right to decide if that item will
be shipped separately, and it will be at no additional cost to you and you will
be notified via e-mail. If you buy 4 or more items, Shipping is FREE! Purchases
that are eligible for free shipping in the US and Canada will be shipped either
USPS First Class Mail(US), First Class Mail International(Canada) or USPS
Priority Mail(US), Priority Mail International(Canada), whichever is the least
costly so I can keep the prices of items as low as possible. Please pay for all
items together for the shipping discounts to apply. If for some reason any of
the discount shipping fees are not automatically removed during checkout, I will
manually refund the difference back to your PayPal account after payment. You
will receive an e-mail notification with any shipping and tracking information
when packages are shipped.

Refunds Policy:
No refunds on personalized, custom printed, worn, washed, or
seasonal items. In the event there is a problem with any item you receive from
me, please do not hesitate to contact me first to discuss it before leaving
feedback. I always strive for 100% positive feedback and 5 stars. I am a very
reasonable person and I am always willing to resolve any issues within reason,
of course, but all I ask is to please be reasonable and honest with me in
return, thank you.

Q: Can the colors, fonts, etc... be changed
in the
designs?
A: Sorry, but no, most
of the designs are as-is. You can change the text to say just about anything you
would like (excluding logos, company names, brand names, etc...) , but the
colors and style of the designs cannot be altered. Designs that have the option
of changes other than the text will specifically state those options in the
description.
Q: Can a design be purchased as just an
iron-on transfer only?
A: Unfortunately, no, I do
not sell the designs as an iron-on transfer only product. I use professional
grade products that need to be applied with an industrial quality heat press
machine. Standard at-home use irons do not produce enough heat or pressure to
properly adhere these, the end result would leave you with an improperly applied
transfer that will peel and crack almost immediately. Also, I am not set up to
deliver those type of items so even if you do have a heat press, I cannot ship
one to you,

Q: Can an item be purchased as a gift for someone and be
shipped to their address instead of the one I have on file with
PayPal?
A: Yes, absolutely! After you have finished
shopping at my store, you can pay for all items together to go to one address or
you can specify which items go to a specific address. And you will still get to
take advantage of my shipping discount offers even if the items are going to
separate destinations as long as you pay for all items together. Please make
sure you type out the gift recipient(s) Full Name, Full Address with City,
State, Zip Code and which items are to be shipped to that address along with
your personalization requests in the Note to Seller on PayPal at the time of
payment. The same shipping rules and destinations I ship to apply for gift
recipient(s) packages. Any tracking info for the shipment will be emailed to
you, not the gift recipient(s). I will not include a packing slip for items that
are shipped to an address other than the one on file with PayPal so your gift
recipient(s) won't know the details of your purchase. If you would like a
personalized message to be added to the gift recipient(s) package, I will gladly
add one for you at no extra charge, all I ask is to please keep it at 50 words
or less. It will be printed on the inside of a custom made greeting card and
enclosed in a matching envelope with the recipient's name personalized on the
