This Ebook is a description of a point game designed to get a fitter, healthier, & skinnier you!  You get points for each “rule” of the game.  The person with the most points at the end of the month wins.  The groups that I have participated with have all put in $10 at the beginning of the month in order to increase the drive to win the game!  The game can be played for continuous months or sporadically whenever you feel the need for a little extra drive to get active.  2+ players. 

The game has specific "rules" that are designed to make you healthier & drop those pounds!  The benefits of each rule is fully explained in the Ebook.

Even if you don't have a group in mind right away to start the point game, there are great weight loss tips enclosed in this Ebook!

Upon payment, you will receive 2 documents.  The Ebook is in PDF FORMAT.  You will also receive a point tracker excel spreadsheet that each individual can use to tally their points.
