Returns and Cancellations

If a shipment is cancelled before it has been processed and/or shipped, the full amount of your payment will be refunded and you will not be charged for the cancellation.

If the purchase has already been shipped, you will be refunded the original purchase amount minus the costs of shipping (including return shipping). Merchandise is returnable within 3 days of shipping as long as the items are in new condition. Please inspect your purchase carefully upon delivery! Furniture that is defective upon delivery will be exchanged the next day, free of charge, as long as the item is in stock. If it is not in stock, exchanges will be made as soon as possible.
