All items are shipped via UPS ground service to Pay Pal confirmed addresses only.
No special shipping exceptions will be made. We always professionally package all items.
All ship within 7 days or sooner of cleared payment.
Items delivered via UPS cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, so please include a street address.
Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping:
To our customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please add an additional
$15.00 to existing shipping fee. Canada customers there is an
additional $15.00 charge to ship to Canada.
Local Pickup:
All local pickups will be charged a $10 handling fee, plus
in state sales tax (handling fee per visit, not per item)

RETURNS
Returns - Returns are gladly accepted, we want you to be happy, but only after approval from the Fishman. If return is needed at time of arrival due to damage, or factory malfunction, no problem, we realize sometimes things happen! Shoot us an e-mail and let us know of any problem we would love to help.
Damage Claims – All products are inspected prior to ship out. In the event your merchandise is damaged on arrival, please email us within 48 hours from the time it was delivered for further instructions .
Warranty Claims: All products come with a 7 day warranty from defect. Please retain all original packaging for that time period. After this time period no claims for any reason will be accepted. All sales are final, no refunds, exchanges only. We will handle and resolve all cases promptly that qualify under these said terms. .All returns must be authorized by the Fishman. Any unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
