Softly wash the wig by running it through the water. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Pat the wig with a towel, then let air dry. Do not twist or brush while wet. Once the wig is dry, style if needed. Do not use heat above 300 degrees fahrenheit. STYLING: This particular product is pre styled, but you may add some additional teasing if you would like. You may style it with heat up to 300 degrees fahrenheit. Spray wig with water, then apply heat tool to heat style. REFUND/EXCHANGE: Due to the nature of the product - health concerns - I cannot accept returns. All items are checked for defects prior to shipment.
