If you need a balloon or other item and don't see it listed you may contact us and we may have it available to list for you. Occasionally, a balloon  may be out of stock due to in-store sales or very recent purchases. Should that be the case you will be notified about options.

 Your order will be promptly shipped in 1-5 business days. We ship 2-3  times a week using USPS First Class. First Class has no tracking and can take 2-5 days or more to reach the destination. We are not responsible for delivery  times. Please allow ample time to prevent disappointment.

If you need USPS Priority (2-3 days estimated) or Express (1-2 days guaranteed) please email before you purchase. Also, state it on your PayPal payment and we will contact you to make confirm a ship date.
