Return Policy

If the products you received is “Dead On Arrival”, please email us within 5 days upon received date.  Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping.  We will do the replacement for any defective “unused” item.  No warranty service and no replacement for any claims/ reports after 5 days. It normally takes up to 7 business days to process your return after receiving of your defective good.

Handling Time

Items will be shipped within 4 working days after payment received.  It normally takes 9-11 days to arrive.  However, the package sometimes will be delayed because of USPS.  Please allow couple more days for the buffer.
