Average processing time is 2-3 business days.  We ship to the United States only, and exclude Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and at this time cannot ship to military address'.  We do not ship internationally.  We do not offer local pick-up.  We cannot combine shipping.

All sales are final.  If there is a defect in the item you received, we will work with you to make sure everything is working properly.  All items are in stock at the time the listing is created.  If you buy something and we determine its on a backorder we will contact you in regards.  If an item has become sold out, we will notify you and a refund will be issued right away.
