1. What is an International Edition?

An International Edition Textbook is simply the international counterpart to a US Edition published abroad by the original publishers of the book. Most international editions have slightly different covers and have different ISBNs on the outside covers.  The contents are the same as the U.S. hardcover as I have been given to understand by the publishers.

2. Is the International Edition written in English?

Yes, it is written in English.

3. Is the book hardcover or soft cover?

Please see the description given above.

4. Are the contents EXACTLY the same as the US version?

The contents are the same as the U.S. edition as I have been given to understand by the publishers. However the page no’s may differ due to the difference in the size of print.

5. Are the pictures of the book in color?

Please see the description given above.

6. Does the book have a CD or an Online Access Code?

If the International edition has a CD or online access it will be mentioned in the description given above.

7. When will my book be dispatched?

All my books are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of a confirmed order.

8. Is a tracking no. given after dispatch?

Indeed, a tracking no. is sent for all US shipments as soon as the label is generated to your email Id. The tracking however may take a few days to pick up.

9. Is a cancellation possible after an order has been placed?

A cancellation is possible in case the book has not been dispatched. If it has been dispatched it is no longer possible to cancel it. See my return policy for further details on returns.

10. Can you deliver to a P.O. Box address?

Only if the mode of delivery is USPS is it possible to deliver to a P. O. Box address. Courier DOES NOT deliver to a P.O. Box address. In such a case if you mistakenly send a P. O. Box an alternate address and phone no is needed as soon as possible. The book dispatch, in this case, has to be kept pending till this information is received.

11. Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

I do ship to Puerto Rico but unfortunately, I do not have expedited shipping for Puerto Rico. Standard shipping takes between 7-14 business days.

12. In case my country is not listed among the destinations the book is dispatched to, will I not be able to buy the book?

It depends on the book. Sometimes I am able to airmail the book to countries not given in the listing. But the dispatch time is 7-18 business days and airmail dispatches are not trackable. For postage charges, please contact me.

13. Do you give combined shipping discounts?

Yes, I do. The discount depends on the books ordered. Please contact me for exact figures.

14. Can you send the book to another address?

Yes. Please give the address required in your Paypal checkout.

15. What if it has been over a week and I haven’t received my book   and the tracking does not show anything?

Please note that all standard deliveries takes 7-12 days and sometimes if not scanned by the postmen the tracking may not show anything. I am sure it will be with you shortly. Please note that I stand guarantee of safe delivery of your book.

16. What if I want to return my book as I don’t need it anymore?

In case you feel the need to return an item - for whatever reason - I am happy to accept returns for a full refund as long as the book is returned within three days. No questions asked! In the unlikely case of a defect in the item, I will even pay the return shipping. As you can see, the full satisfaction of my clients is very, very important for me.
