Exchange and Return Policy
We are committed to customer excellence. If any item you purchase does not meet your expectations, please send an email within 7 days. Your complete satisfaction with our products is our goal. A shipping fee is charged when shipping an exchanged item to you.
Stock Availability
Due to the popularity of our products, a product will occasionally be out of stock. We can place back orders. We will contact you immediately to inform you of the expected delivery date via email for out of stock items.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If an item is received by the customer defective or damaged, you must contact us via email within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to promptly correct the problem. In some cases, the delivery company might have to inspect the damage, so do not dispose of your packaging.
We will replace any merchandise damaged in shipping when we receive the return package.
When Merchandise Can Not be Exchanged
Regrettably, we will not exchange or refund merchandise for the following reasons:
* Merchandise that is sent back to us after fourteen days
* Merchandise that has been used or merchandise not in its original
condition
* Personalized or customized items
* Perishable or edible items
