For auction is quality Staunton Style Boxwood & Ebonized ( black finish ) Chess set with kings measuring 3 7/8" in height and 1 3/4" wide bases. The 32 piece set is weighted and its bottoms covered with green felt. Also Included is a plastic storage box for the pieces. The set is in new and unused condition. The set is great for speed chess as it would be very hard to knock over the BULKY PIECES with WIDE BASES during a game.
