I just love diapertapes's new diaper tapes. At first I had only ordered a few rolls but when I received my order, I loved them so much that I went ahead and ordered 10 more rolls! No lie. The diaper tape is very easy to peel of the roll. The tape adheres securely on the plastic backing on my diapers and with those cute baby prints they will look good on almost any adult diaper. The tape does not peel back off, and help to reinforce the look of a big babies diaper. The tapes can also be used as a reinforcement of my diaper's existing tapes. I would like to say something about the tapes. The quality of the tapes is first-class. You only have to unfold the diaper and attach the tape on it and it sticks top-notch without any problems. Even if you are wearing the diaper the tapes are holding strong and don't detach themselves from the diaper. The prize is totally reasonable because you can decoarte up to 100 diapers in my estimation.

The tapes really are first-class quality. I already decorated various diapers with them and the tapes are really cute. They stick top-notch on a diaper with plastic backing, they also stick quite well on a diaper with fabric surface.

Our general trading conditions (you accept them with your bid)
1. Prices
All prices are in Swiss Franks (CHF). Due to currency fluctuations the actual price can deviate from our price list if you order from a foreign country. Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be charged separately. The shipping costs vary depending on the destination/country. Additionally, customs duties can be charged depending on the recipient country, which will be determined by the customs authority of the respective country and which are beyond the influence of AB-P. At the present time AB-P is not value-added tax requiring, hence the prices are without value-added tax.
2. Area of Application
This is a supply by the AB-P company, which fulfills all deliveries and performances according to the general trading conditions that are valid at the moment of placing the order. These general trading conditions are valid for an undetermined time and can, when necessary, be altered without advance notice. When this is the case, the customer will be informed about such changes in the general trading conditions. In all other respects the regulations of the Swiss law (Schweizerisches Obligationenrecht) apply. Should a regulation of these general trading conditions be invalid or if something is not considered, all other regulations remain legally binding. In place of the invalid regulation a legal regulation will be used that is economically closest to the regulation intended by the parties.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
Our offers, prices, leaflets and publications on the internet are not binding on principle and can be changed by AB-P any time without justification or advance notice. Any offer is valid until cancellation, if no other agreement has been made in writing. The contract is effective with the acceptance of the order by AB-P (the order will be confirmed by e-mail). In cases of obvious misprints and miscalculations AB-P is entitled to terminate the contract. AB-P also terminates the contract when the shopping basket settings are manipulated by a third party or by the customer in a deceitful way.
4. Shipping
Orders will generally be fulfilled in the order of arrival and within 1-3 working days (working days: Monday to Friday, with the exception of Swiss holidays). The processing and shipping can be delayed in case of high demands, illness or holiday season (which will be announced on the website in due time). In this case (with the exception of holiday seasons) the customer will be informed about the delay by e-mail 5 days after placing the order at the latest. The customer is entitled to terminate the contract by e-mail after further 10 days of delay. In this case AB-P will refund the cost and cancel the order. The article will be shipped as specified to mail-adresses in Switzerland and all other countries and the customer will get a shipping confirmation by e-mail, when the article has been shipped. Fetching the article is not possible. AB-P is obliged to declare the contents when shipping to other countries than Switzerland. The privacy will be respected (more detailed information: see 10. privacy and security). Furthermore AB-P is entitled to make part-deliveries and in such a case will come up for all additional costs.
5. Payment
The customer pays in advance with credit-card or with a PayPal-Account with the online payment service PayPal. The corresponding regulations of PayPal and eBay apply. If the customer does not own a credit card, alternative payment methods can be employed in exceptional cases.
6. Performance of the Contract
Only our confirmation by e-mail is decisive for the amount and the processing of the order. The order is considered as fulfilled, when the article has been shipped, if no other agreement has been made in writing. Benefits and dangers of the product explicitly pass over from AB-P to the customer when the product has been shipped.
7. Return Policy and Warranty
The prices are specified with the respective offer and are binding when the order is made. AB-P only ships the article when the payment has been made with credit card or PayPal. The article is being shipped in blameless, good condition and is excluded from the right to exchange. If the article is defective or a wrong delivery, AB-P will replace the article or exchange it for the correct one. If this is not possible the customer may terminate the contract or have a discount on the price of the article. Not included are damages like wear and tear, higher force, improper use, the loss of parcel during delivery, manipulation by the customer or a third party or extreme environmental influences. Likewise AB-P does not answer for damages of article, that are caused by the customer or a third party after receiving the article.
8. Disclaimer
The customer uses our product at his/her own risk and responsibility, with care and common sense. AB-P is not liable for wrong handling, for consequences if the article is left lying around carelessly, and for damages of objects, persons or animals caused by the customer or a third party, especially if the article is used to another purpose than it is intended to. If there is no other explicit agreement, benefits and dangers of the product explicitly pass over from AB-P to the customer. Our products/articles are for private use only and may only be sold officially, when there is a specific agreement with AB-P/Diapertapes.ch / .com. Any illegal reseller or seller who changes or duplicates our products or sells our products under a different name and price or as their own or a new product is completely liable for any damage, the deception of customers or loss of any kind happening AB-P / Diapertapes.ch / .com, the customer or a third party. This liability applies also to manipulated shopping basket settings by any illegal reseller, customer or third party. Regulations of the liability law are reserved.
9. Quality Maintenance and Copyright
Our high quality products/motives are designed by hand with great care and love for the detail. We have an uncompromising demand on quality, because we want to offer to our customers the best at a fair price. Depending on the reproduction-technique and materials that are used, colours may vary slightly and outlines may be a little fuzzy. Furthermore colours vary from screen to screen depending on the settings, so the colours of the received product can vary from what you see on the screen. All contents, designs, products and the logo of "Diapertapes" are proprietary to AB-P/Diapertapes.ch / .com alone. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, altered, or distributed in any way without the prior permission by AB-P/Diapertapes.ch / .com.
10. Privacy and Security
The online payment service PayPal is responsible for the safety of the payment transaction. When using e-mail or a web-form to contact us the data is transported by a net (internet) that is accessible for anyone and it is beyond the responsibility of AB-P to exclude completely any interference by a third party with any existing or future customer relationship. Every customer is responsible for the protection of his/her privacy, as far as e-commuication is concerned. However privacy is very important to AB-P. The customer can rest assured that the personal data is safe with AB-P. AB-P is the sole owner of the customer’s personally identifiable information, which is information that can be used to contact the customer. AB-P does not sell, rent, loan any of this information to any third party unless legally required to do so or if the customer grants AB-P permission to do so. Furthermore we always ship the articles in discreet packaging. We always ship the article in neutral packaging. The sender will be AB-P, Switzerland. When shipping to other countries than Switzerland however, AB-P must declare the contents for the local customs office. Such declarations will be ‚artists tape’ or ‚design tape’. AB-P cannot guarantee that the package will not be opened by the local customs office or a third party and AB-P is not liable for any consequences resulting from such action. Furthermore the name „AB-P“ will appear on the billing information of the credit card of the customer.
11. Agreement to Arbitrate Controversies
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to this site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Basel-Stadt, Switzerland. AB-P also may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the federal court of the customers’s home state. Exclusively Swiss Law is appliable, unregarded of the country from which the order has been made. The parties will always strive to settle any argument resulting from a transaction with AB-P in an amicable way. AB-P considers these general trading conditions as accepted by the customer, when any product is ordered. Alterations and supplements are only made in writing by AB-P.
